Still looking for more information on the Ciszeski line. They came to the US from Poland in 1901 and 1904, but I do not know where in Poland and I haven't had much luck with the Ellis Island site for that surname or the Bartuska surname (arrived 1910)

 February 2001
Be sure to check out the updated tree. We've certainly added a lot more names and now know that Capt. Robert Patterson went to Shelburne, Nova Scotia where he was a schooner captain. He and his wife Mary Lewis Patterson had 5 children. We don't know exactly when Capt. Robert died or where he is buried in Nova Scotia though.

Much of the Patterson information we are tracing is from the New Jersey area of the US. We are hoping to find Scottish roots as well as Irish roots in regards to the Patterson portion of our tree. Most of the Patterson's were in the MONMOUTH County area.

I have recently begun searching the ORBAN links in our family and have learned that my grandfather was born in Birthälm, Romania. We have been able to trace parts of his family back so far to the early 1800's. I am working a little each day on getting more information and dates. I am working off of an Ahnenpass and it does not list siblings for any of the names on it. This will present a labor of love to try and find the names of any siblings. I will continue adding names and information and uploading it to my searchable Family Tree on this site. You can also click on the link right below for information that I already have along with an image of the original Ahnenpass. I will have to keep making a few changes due to translations, but it gives a great start of the family tree on that side.

Looking for BRIDGES information for Washington County, Arkansas. I've got the links for the BRIDGES and TOON connection, but am looking for more BRIDGES information.
Trying to trace a James Monroe Bridges, b. Sept. 25, 1876, died Aug 1956. He married Emma TOON on April 27, 1900.
Update on the Bridges side. We were also known as Bridgers and possibly Bridger and we now know that we have ties to KY, TN, AZ, etc....
James Monroe Bridges was the son of A.E. BRIDGERS born 1842 in Kentucky and a woman named Lucinda J. born 1854 in Arkansas. I am working on finding out more about A.E. Bridgers and Lucinda.
A.E. Bridgers was a child of Wm. H. Bridgers and Delila Nelson. They also had another son named William H. Bridgers.
